At Humidifiers.com, we are committed to putting you, the customer, first. To honor that commitment, we offer Free Shipping for all contiguous U.S. orders over $50. Your customer experience is our top priority.  We thrive on repeat business from loyal customers, and we are always happy to help.

In-stock items will typically ship the same day for all orders received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Return Authorization Instructions

Please do not return a product to us before reading the instructions below. Before returning any item, please contact our customer service department for the proper return authorization. You can reach us by phone at 866-626-9444 or by email at Support@Humidifiers.com. Please be sure to include your name and original order number with the return.

Please open and inspect all orders promptly upon receipt to ensure you received the product ordered and that it is free from damage. Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.

Hassle Free Returns

"Hassle Free Returns" means you have up to 90 days to return new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and unmodified items to us with no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or an item is damaged in transit.

If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will pay for return shipping.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it at no charge, provided you contact our customer service team and report the damage within 14 days of delivery. If we are not notified within 14 days, we may be unable to issue a credit for the damaged product.

Return Conditions

For orders where we did not make an error and the items arrived undamaged, only new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified equipment and parts in original factory condition may be returned to us for a full refund, minus the return shipping costs. All original packing materials, manuals, and accessories must be included, unopened and unmodified. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please ensure all returned packages are tracked. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed credit, partial credit, or denied credit for the returned item(s). 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, items will be inspected within 7 business days, and you will be notified by email of the approved refund amount. Humidifiers.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the appropriate refund amount based on the condition of the returned item(s). If you do not contact us within 3 days of our notification email, the refund amount offered will be considered accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
